1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted in English (250–300 words).
- Structured format: Title, Authors, Affiliation, Background, Methodology, Results, Conclusion.
- Maximum 6 authors per submission.
- All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
- Acceptance notifications will be sent via official email.
2. Oral & Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Oral presentation duration: 15–20 minutes including Q&A.
- Presentation format: PowerPoint (16:9 ratio recommended).
- Poster size: A0 (Portrait orientation preferred).
- Presenters must report at least 1 hour before session time.
- Best Paper & Poster Awards will be presented on Day 3.
3. Registration Policy
- Registration is mandatory for all presenters and attendees.
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Conference badge must be worn during all sessions.
- Registration fee includes access to sessions, conference materials, and certificate.
4. Research & Ethical Compliance
- Research must adhere to international academic integrity standards.
- Proper citations must be included to avoid plagiarism.
- Data manipulation or duplication will result in rejection.
- Conflict of interest disclosures are mandatory.
5. Industry & Exhibitor Guidelines
- Exhibitors must comply with venue safety regulations.
- Booth setup and dismantling must follow scheduled timelines.
- Promotional activities should not disrupt scientific sessions.
- All marketing materials must align with conference policies.
6. Visa & Travel Responsibility
- Participants are responsible for their own visa arrangements.
- Invitation letters will be issued upon registration confirmation.
- Organizers are not responsible for visa rejection or travel delays.
7. Code of Conduct
- Professional and respectful behavior is expected at all times.
- Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Organizers reserve the right to remove participants violating policies.
