1. Registration Policy
- All participants, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors must complete official registration.
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Confirmation email and invoice will be issued after successful payment.
- Conference badges must be worn at all times during the event.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made via official conference payment channels.
- Transaction or bank charges are the responsibility of the participant.
- Fees are non-transferable without prior written approval.
- Pricing may vary based on category (Delegate, Student, Speaker, Exhibitor).
3. Abstract & Presentation Policy
- Abstract submission does not guarantee acceptance.
- All submissions undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
- Presenters must complete registration before final program inclusion.
- Plagiarism or duplicate submissions will result in rejection.
4. Intellectual Property
- Authors retain rights to their research work.
- Organizers may use presentation titles and abstracts for promotional purposes.
- Recording or reproduction of presentations requires prior permission.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
- No refunds for no-shows.
6. Visa & Travel Responsibility
- Participants are responsible for their own visa and travel arrangements.
- Invitation letters will be issued after registration confirmation.
- Organizer is not liable for visa rejection or travel disruptions.
7. Program Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to modify speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated via official channels.
8. Code of Conduct
- Professional and respectful behavior is mandatory.
- Harassment or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
- Violators may be removed without refund.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Organizer is not responsible for personal injury or loss of property.
- Participants attend at their own risk.
- Liability is limited to the registration fee paid.
